We are constantly working on product development and enhancing our brand experience for our customers around the world.
Your satisfaction is important to us! If, you are not completely satisfied with your Lina Dzhel purchase, We have a 14-day return policy.
Simply follow the steps bellow to start the return process.
Please note, we only accept unopened supplement returns within the 14-day window. Please take into consideration the supplements take at least 60days for results to become visible. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, or simply due to change of mind. Returns are not valid or accepted due to packaging changes unless deemed faulty.
Step 1
Please, email our customer support team to discuss any issues first, providing your details and order number. Please, include any imagery should the product be deemed faulty, and any details should you simply not be satisfied.
Step 2
In case of a return, items must be returned to our UK Distribution Address in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery (as dated on your shipping confirmation email). Carefully pack items into a box/satchel bag, ensuring that it is properly sealed. You are responsible for postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore, we advise you insure your parcel. Lina Dzhel will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit upon returning.
Step 3
Send your parcel to our UK Distribution Address provided by our customer care team.
Step 4
Please note, refunds and exchanges will be processed within 20 days of receiving your package. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping. You will receive a confirmation email notification from our Customer Service Team during this process.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide returns on any product purchased through an unauthorised stockist such as eBay and Amazon. We will not be held responsible for any transactions made through these sites. As such, we urge our customers to purchase our products from our authorised stockists only.
